ADVANCED FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

Gain further skill in pinpointing exact reflex locations and develop the sensitivity needed to take your sessions further with this 2-day course and practicum. Reinvigorate your practice and bring new techniques to your clients!

CRANIOSACRAL REFLEXOLOGY

Craniosacral therapy focuses on the health of cranium and the spine, and the cerebral spinal fluid flowing between them. In this 2-day in person course, learn to apply elements of Upledger’s craniosacral ten-step protocol through the "little body in the feet". Powerful techniques make a big difference by encouraging spine alignment and proper flow of cerebral-spinal fluid.

ASIAN FOOT AND LEG REFLEXOLOGY

Asian reflexology is quick, dynamic, and movement-oriented, and an asset to fundamental reflexology skills. In this 1-day class, learn how to prepare your clients for a more in-depth pressure application, cultural differences in working the reflexes, and how to collaborate with your clients in this fast-paced application of active reflexology principles.

BODY REFLEXOLOGY

Body reflexes are located directly over (or opposite) the corresponding organ, gland or part—and when massaged with reflexology techniques, affect those corresponding areas. All the reflexology principles apply, but the techniques vary from traditional reflexology techniques to those that resemble acupressure, applied over a larger surface area with broad pressure or kneading. Body reflexes can be accessed over clothing or on skin. We will be studying a body reflex map, with emphasis on improving bowel function, releasing the diaphragm, and quick body reflex ‘tricks’.

LYMPH DRAINAGE REFLEXOLOGY

Lymph Drainage Reflexology is a methodical approach to developing, implementing, and tracking reflexology treatment plans that target the proper function of the body’s lymphatic system, using the reflex map of the feet or hands, to promote immune system health, relaxation and pain relief. Lymph reflexology is especially useful for clients who have inflammatory and immunocompromised conditions, but also acts as a tool to strengthen the function of the immune system in general, necessary for the prevention of illness.
